What is the affiliate programme?
Under the telephone answering affiliate programme you can offer telephone answering directly to your clients. It’s fundamentally a partnership arrangement where we supply telephone answering to your clients and you then invoice your clients directly. The client is aware that the service is provided by us here at Professional Call Minders.
How does it work?
You sign up a client for telephone answering using your own sign-up form and T&Cs but we will provide you with templates. The sign-up form is then sent to us – we set up the client with their own line. Then we make contact with the client to ensure the service is set up properly and runs smoothly.
How does the money work?
As an affiliate we will give you a preferential re-seller rate. You then add your margin and we will provide guidelines so that you remain competitive in the market. We work with you so you have everything you need at your fingertips.
We invoice you at the end of the month based on the number of calls received for each of your clients.
Are there any set up fees or contracts?
There are no set up fees or contracts or tie-ins.
What’s the difference between the telephone answering affiliate programme and white label telephone answering?
As a re-seller under the affiliate programme your clients will know that telephone answering is provided by us here at Professional Call Minders. Your clients will receive their messages from us, they will change any instructions with us and we will transfer calls directly through to them.
Under white label telephone answering your clients will not know that we exist. The service is provided by us but all communication with the client is via a branded portal. So, as far as the client is concerned the messages and calls are coming from you.
