Lauren joined the PCM team in 2011 and being a little chatterbox she fitted in instantly.
Bringing a range of skills including being quick-thinking and adaptable, complimented by her naturally caring personality, Lauren easily grasped the concept of call minding and demonstrated exemplary customer service – a crucial requirement for a Virtual Receptionist.
In 2012 Lauren left us to welcome her beautiful daughter and we were delighted three years later when she got in touch and returned to PCM HQ in April 2015.
In January 2016, Lauren transferred to the PCM Plus team and has excelled working on outbound projects such as data capture, telemarketing, data cleansing and telesales.
