Handing over your phones can be a very scary thought. You’ve grown your business from the ground. How will you know the call is for my business?
We allocate you with your own divert number. Any calls that come into your existing number get diverted through to us. When your line rings here our screen pops with all your details and calls are answered in your company name.
How will you know about my business?
We set up your own personal Message Bank page which holds your business summary, call handling instructions, staff information, FAQ’s and any other information that will assist our team when answering your calls.
What is Message Bank?
Message Bank is a bespoke piece of software that stores all of your information and is where we send your messages from. You will be provided with a login and can view your message history at any time.
Can I change my call handling instructions?
Yes – you can change your call handling instructions, update us on any staff changes or let us know if you’re going to be busy in a meeting all day by simply dropping us an email to messages@professionalcallminders.co.uk.

What happens out of office hours?
We operate Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12:30pm (additional charge). Outside of these hours, your calls go to your personalised voicemail. The sound files can be sent to you as an email or a member of our team can transcribe the message which will be sent to you the next working day.
Am I tied into any contracts?
No – we want our clients to stay with us because they love what we do not because they have signed on the dotted line. All T&Cs can be found here.
How much are call transfers?
Call transfers are free of charge!
Do I pay for SMS messages?
No – we send those for free too!
Are there any other hidden costs?
No. You simply pay per call.
How soon can I be set up?
