Continuing our ‘Faces Behind The Phones’ series, we’d like to introduce you to our virtual receptionist, Gabi.
Gabriella is soon to be celebrating her 1 year work anniversary with PCM, after she joined the team in December 2014, just a few months after graduating from university.
A valued, versatile member of the team, Gabi’s strengths quickly shone through as she picked up all that PCM and PCM Medical entails in record time due to her ability to learn fast and her methodical approach.
With a strong background in customer service, her telephone manner and skills are exemplary and she has recently taken on the extra tasks of training our new Call Handlers and in future, may move over to PCM Plus to focus on virtual administration and specialist data capture.
